COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 11/7/2015. Pours hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming after the finish as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very good witbier. All around good balance and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Foam bomb. Best by date a month and a half away, this shouldn’t happen. Head dissipated fairly quickly making for a 6 minute pour. Aroma of yeast, banana....taste is thin, a bit flat (perhaps from the oversized head), yeast fills the palette with orange filling in and finishing with a thin bread taste in the end.

Tap at Old Fashioned. Hazy yellow with white head and medium carbonation. Some citrus, spice aroma along with some clove. The taste is the same with some wheat, banana, and bread malt in the finish. Definitely a light and refreshing beer. Not as strong of a yeast presence which some people may enjoy. Quite fizzy. Went well with grilled cheese and tomato soup.

Bottle - Has that Belgium flavor to it but not nearly as pronounced as other Belgian style ales. I get no orange on this but do get the coriander (floral) flavor. It also has what I would call an aspartame fake sweetness flavor to it. Reminds me of another beer with a similar flavor (R.J. Rockers Son of a Peach Wheat Ale).

It pours a hazy golden color. The aroma was a little skunked. The taste was sweet with wheat. This could’ve used more orange and coriander in the taste. It had a thin oily palate. It was okay.

The aroma threw me, kind of metallic. The flavor was typical, a bit of spice, some citrus with just a bit of bitterness. Not bad for the style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Grassy and citrusy. Easy drinking with a cloudy golden color and nice head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Sake Taniguchi (World Beer Market). Wheaty nose, yeast, something earthy and dirty, and coriander. Hazy pale straw, suprisingly little head, and some sloppy lace. Light wheaty initial, coriander, bit of lemon. Bittering kicks in late. Thin. Not an impressive wit.

Lacking the orange peel and coriander taste that I wanted. A little was there, but very low. Tiny bit of that Belgium flavor we all love. Ok, Very standard. Bottle
