Taste includes wheat, yeast, spice, and even sweet tarts. Dry finish. Seems to be a little more tart than others in the category. A pretty good beer overall. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 19, 2007 6 Pack - Pours a hazy pale yellow - whitish color with a tiny white head. Aroma is coriander, orange peel, wheat, slight hops. Taste is typical Wit - like aroma, crisp, dry, and refreshing for summer. Nothing groundbreaking here, but a good American example of a traditional Wit. BDR (2154), Roseville, Minnesota, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 3, 2007 Bottle. Smokey malt and coriander aroma with a hint of orange peel. Cloudy pale yellow color with minimal head. Tart sour lemon peel, wheat malt and coriander flavor. A dry palate. I really like this one - unique but still traditional in style. | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Aug 3, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Murray’s in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. Pour a semi-cloudy pale off-white brew with an average sized white head that quickly dissolves to a white ring. Aroma of citrus fruits, corlander, a touch of multi-grain malt and some spice. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonataion, with semi-sweet citrus zest, wheat malt, corlander and some mild hops. Finish has a distinct lemon zest and fruit flavor with a mild bitteness. As of today, this is one of the best American made Wits I’ve tried. JAF737300 (792), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jul 4, 2007 This White pours cloudy yellow with moderate head. The aromatic notes of orange and wheat malt show heavy. On the mouth you get the fruits (orange and bananan) along with the clove and pepper notes of the spices. This gives a fantatsic finish for this smooth drinking white. sheatripper (863), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 1, 2007 Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a moderate frothy white head leaving some spotty lacing. Predominantly yeasty aroma of banana and fruitgum with some underlying orangepeel/coriander and a bit of grass. Balanced wheat, spice and citrus flavors which are not too busy. A fair amount of carbonation, though this seems to work with the spice/citrus to leave a nice zinginess on the finish. Not bad. badnewsbeers (1026), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 29, 2007 nice considering it is a lakefront beer...has a nice golden, sparkling body with medium head..aroma of banana, coriander, and spice...body has the basic spicy orange taste to it (perhaps a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg to boot)..not a bad offering from a bad brewery
