Smell is of coriander, along with orange peel with light wheat coming through. Reminds me a bit of dishwashing soap.
Taste is of the soapiness with some orange peel and coriander coming through.
Mouthfeel is acidic and semi-dry.
Drinkability is not as good as I had hoped but it’s not bad.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 24, 2005 Dark and cloudy gold that is a little bit orange. The aroma is lemon bread and bananas. I am having trouble pulling out corriander in the aroma. The taste is light orange peel and a little bit of flowery goodness. There is also a little bit of banana and corriander in the finish. The corriander spice gets stronger as you drink more. A nice rendition of the style. frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 24, 2005 Average appearance, golden and hazed wtih a slight, white film for a head. Wheat & yeast aroma with spices and Hefeweizen character along with a touch of butter. Yeasty flavor with a chemical persona amidst burning effervescence. Slight chalkiness to finish. Odd, but enjoyable.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 9, 2005 This ber is pretty blah in my mind. A light off yellow color w/ a large white head w/ some decent lacing. Aroma of nutmeg bread and some malts. The palate is a bi to thin and the flavor is of nutmeg covered bannana. I’m not a big fan. redmosquito (172), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 3, 2005 Translucent pale yellow with big white head. Big spice up front in the aroma followed by sweet malt, hiding slight brett. The flavor is malty with a spicey finish, and a slight bitterness and lingering tartness. Overall, this is a good beer, and probably more Belgian Witbier then most breweries would attempt, you won’t mistake this for Blue Moon. radiomgb (1958), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jul 4, 2005 Bottle. Light golden yellow in colour with a thin white non-lasting head. Aroma of coriander (way to much) and an assortment of other spices and lots of pepper. The flavour was a little bit sour, still tons of coriander, lemons and bananas. Light body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a mild bitterness with some orange citrus. Unbalanced right from the get go with the insane amounts of coriander.
