Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Appears a hazy pale yellow with a soapy white head that fades out in a few moments. Smell is of coriander, along with orange peel with light wheat coming through. Reminds me a bit of dishwashing soap. Taste is of the soapiness with some orange peel and coriander coming through. Mouthfeel is acidic and semi-dry. Drinkability is not as good as I had hoped but it’s not bad.

Thanks to weeare138. Pours a hazy piss yellow with a small lacing head. Aroma is coriander, lemon and slight wheat. Flavor is a bit soapy with some lemon. Decent Witbier, thanks Mike!

Dark and cloudy gold that is a little bit orange. The aroma is lemon bread and bananas. I am having trouble pulling out corriander in the aroma. The taste is light orange peel and a little bit of flowery goodness. There is also a little bit of banana and corriander in the finish. The corriander spice gets stronger as you drink more. A nice rendition of the style.

Average appearance, golden and hazed wtih a slight, white film for a head. Wheat & yeast aroma with spices and Hefeweizen character along with a touch of butter. Yeasty flavor with a chemical persona amidst burning effervescence. Slight chalkiness to finish. Odd, but enjoyable.

Bottle. Aroma of yeast and bread and some orange fruit. Body a cloudy yellow with small whie head that hangs arround on top of body. Floaters are acivily moving about with sediment left on bottom of glass. Flavor has a mild sour orage peel fruit with some mild tangy flavor also. A good refreshment and decent brew.

This ber is pretty blah in my mind. A light off yellow color w/ a large white head w/ some decent lacing. Aroma of nutmeg bread and some malts. The palate is a bi to thin and the flavor is of nutmeg covered bannana. I’m not a big fan.

Translucent pale yellow with big white head. Big spice up front in the aroma followed by sweet malt, hiding slight brett. The flavor is malty with a spicey finish, and a slight bitterness and lingering tartness. Overall, this is a good beer, and probably more Belgian Witbier then most breweries would attempt, you won’t mistake this for Blue Moon.

Bottle. Light golden yellow in colour with a thin white non-lasting head. Aroma of coriander (way to much) and an assortment of other spices and lots of pepper. The flavour was a little bit sour, still tons of coriander, lemons and bananas. Light body, medium carbonation. Finishes with a mild bitterness with some orange citrus. Unbalanced right from the get go with the insane amounts of coriander.
