Very clear transparent golden coloured body with a very large white head and millions of small bubbles rising from the side and bottom. Aside from the colour - the beer looks great! Aroma of coriander seed, hay, grass, yeast, sugar and a bit of apricots. Light-bodied; Very effervescent with a pungent wheat and yeast flavour and a strong spicey flavour very noticeable up front. Aftertaste is more rounded with a little bit of sugars and fruit noticeable, but the bitter spices and funky yeast still shows through. Overall, a pretty interesting wit - too many spices, not enough colour in the appearance and not enough complexity, but still a decent beer for the middle of summer. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased on 11-June-2009 from Half Time in Poughkeepsie, New York, sampled on 14-July-2009 at home in Washington.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy glowing straw color with a thick creamy white froth. Aroma is a bit tangy, sour, coriander, candied wheat, this crazy sh*t is infected... but its good that way. First taste is of definite brett infection that really actually works well with the ’lemon’ flavors, spices and wheat, very dry, some acid in the finish with a long doughy yeasty aftertaste. Really a fine beer with this added sourness! Perfect crisp carbonation over a medium/thin chalky body. Love the label!

12oz bottle. Slightly cloudy yellow pour with a thin white film. Nice lemon aroma and spiciness. Flavor is equally bright and yet soft. Orange, coriander, and doughy wheat.

Bottle. Pours a golden hazy body with a thin white head. Wheat lemon, light coriander and some moderate clove and cinnamon spice maybe a sharper carbonation than most wheat beers. Not bad, nice for the style.

Bottle. Pours clear witbeir yellow with a white head. The aroma is wheaty, with spicy citrus and lemon drops. The flavor has spices, citrus fruits, wheat, and a nice tartness. Decent.

Extremely light, hazy golden color...almost completely opaque. Head is thick and laces quite well. Aroma of citrus, with a touch of wheat. Light malt flavor up front, with subtle hints of spice...slightly crisp mouthfeel. Spice flavor is enhanced into the back, and lingers throughout the finish. Overall, nothing really stands out with this brew...pretty refreshing however on a hot summer day!

Bottle. Hazy, dark yellow body with an off-white frothy head, mostly diminishing. The aroma is spicy, dominated by coriander and clove, with hints of lemon and orange peel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter with just a touch of tartness. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. An OK wit with a little too much spice.

Poured a pale yellow/golden color with smaller head and almost no lacing. Aroma was coriander and other spices missing some basic aroma. Flavor much the same but was way to sour/tart. Not a great beer.
