| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 12, 2009 21 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a decent pale white head. The head fades leaving behind okay lacing. Notes of yeast, coriander, and citrus on the nose. Mild carbonation with a medium, smooth mouthfeel. A little biscuit and yeast notes. The orange and coriander is light. This is a very easy drinking beer. I have to admit, I am not a huge wheat beer fan, but I can get along with this one. Perhaps this is the one that will turn me to the wheat side. Finishes nicely with notes of bread and citrus lingering on the tongue. crazyvin (1251), New York, USA

Pale yellow hue with a white head that did have nice retention. Aroma was mild coriander and the flavor was of bland white bread and coriander. Beer was watery and over-carbonated. Appearance: Pours out a clear, yellow body with a thin, fizzy, white head. The kind of beer Stone Brewing talks about.
Smell: Zesty citrus and redolent spices overlaying a light malt aroma.
Taste: Light pale maltiness with a faintly sweet, tangy wheat malt character. Tiniest hint of vanilla. Squirt of lemon juice with a blend of spices with flourishes of cardamom and clove. Mild spicy hops with just a touch of appreciable bitterness. Drying finishes with a light, lingering spice character.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: Nicely refreshing and reasonably tasty. Not bad, Lakefront! thegreenrooster (1821), St.louis, Missouri, USA
