Aroma is yeast-dominated and quite pleasant. Flavor is yeast with lemon and a little gumball thrown in, wheat and coriander coming out on finish. Lively carbonation, clean, quite drinkable. theisti (1654), Leawood, Kansas, USA

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 1/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 15, 2008 Smells like a belgian white and tastes like one too. But doesn’t look like one. Strong orange zest aroma with a tart, citrus yet spicy flavor from the coriander. Not cloudy like most unfiltered wheat beers. Light yellow color with a thin white head.
