Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Crushed with Jakebra at the brewery. Not the best witbier, but definitely aight. Good nose and that couriander and orange peel is definitely noticeable, and not in a bad way at all.

Clear golden pour with a small white head. Musty, yeasty nose. Belgian yeast in the flavor, but more of a lagerish taste than I expected. Not a very good example of the style. Decent enough, though.

Hazy, pale yellow with a pillowy, medium sized, white head. Grassy, sweet citrus aroma. Flavor of crisp wheat, citrus and spice. A bit light but still refreshing and easy drinking with a nice creamy palate.

Pour is cloudy golden with a long lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is floral with light orange and coriander. (average wit aroma) Flavor is sweet malt, light orange and a hint of wheat. Refreshing brew and an ok wit. Probably won’t buy again.

12 oz bottle. Pours a cloudy orange body with small white head. The aroma is feint - spice, yeast, wheat, and some banana. The flavor is smooth and refreshing with notes of spice, clove, and wheat.

Lakefront’s White is a very refreshing beverage, especially on a hot summer day. It was much less of a witbier than a weiss or hefeweizen. Standard banana/clove was there, mixed in with a bit of citrus. I enjoyed the sample during their tour, but I can’t say I’d call it a Belgian witbier.
