Good nose and that couriander and orange peel is definitely noticeable, and not in a bad way at all. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA

Belgian yeast in the flavor, but more of a lagerish taste than I expected. Not a very good example of the style. Decent enough, though. twindadplus2 (411), Wisconsin, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 29, 2008 Lakefront’s White is a very refreshing beverage, especially on a hot summer day. It was much less of a witbier than a weiss or hefeweizen. Standard banana/clove was there, mixed in with a bit of citrus. I enjoyed the sample during their tour, but I can’t say I’d call it a Belgian witbier.
