| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 24, 2008 The aroma is sour with wheat, yeast, barley, sour fruit, straw, and lemon. The appearance is hazy gold with a nice head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin but OK for the style. Overall it’s drinkable. kiefdog (1586), Tampa, Florida, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 16, 2008 12oz bottle from Beer World (Largo, FL). Pours a clear golden color with a thick, frothy white head that settles quickly but provides lacing on the glass. Lively carbonation. Smells of grass, straw, spice, and yeast. Flavor is initially strongly sour with a few hints of bread and spice toward finish. Generally watery mouthfeel with a quick, uninteresting finish. soyorganic (217), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Jun 13, 2008 Bottle: Pours a light copper color which was clear for being unfiltered. Aroma of wheat, grass and spice I could not discern until I read the description. Decent beer but a little thin. Seems to be lacking in overall flavor. Not my favorite of the style. | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jun 12, 2008 Aroma is very citrusy- more lemon than anything else. It reminds me of lemonade, actually. Appearance is light gold and slightly cloudy with a medium head and not too much lace. Slight bitterness on the palate but that’s from the lemon citrus flavor... overall nice! | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 10, 2008 Clear gold color, fast fading head with no top but fast carbonation raising up the glass. A light honey and lemon aroma with a smigen of hoppiness smell mixed in. A very nice aroma. Peppery flavor that has a citrus zest low malt and a hoppy finish to create a clean taste. Palate is less bubbly than authentic belgiums. A decent American attempt at begium white but nowhere near the outcome of the true masters of the craft. kurtkosher (144), USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 8, 2008 12oz bottle. Smelled of yeasty bread dough, sour citrus fruits (lemon and orange mostly), and coriander. Poured a cloudy yellow color. Head was thick and white. Light body with minimal fleeting acidity up front that gave way to a delicate sweetness. Lemon, orange, coriander, and wheat flavors. Nice enough wit. nuplastikk (1178), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jun 6, 2008 12oz bottle. Light cloudy orange color. Mellow orange and wheat aroma. Very crisp and drinkable, with a little bit of a citrus zest. The coriander also comes through in the initial mouthfeel, until it fades into a creamy finish. Pretty good stuff, nothing exceptional. I’m sure it makes a hell of a session beer around Lakefront.
