COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Bottle. Smokey malt and coriander aroma with a hint of orange peel. Cloudy pale yellow color with minimal head. Tart sour lemon peel, wheat malt and coriander flavor. A dry palate. I really like this one - unique but still traditional in style.

Bottle. Very pale clear yellow with a short lived white head. Aroma is sweet like ginger ale and just a little spice. Flavour is pretty much sp on for a shandy, and nothing like a true Belgian wit; it is not wheaty, it is not yeasty, it is not dry, and it is barely spicy. This sucks.

Aroma is lemon, hint of corriander, wheat. Appearance is lightly hazy medium yellow. Very small head. Taste is citrus, corriander, wheat. Yeast not particularly prominent like you will often find in Wits. Palate is medium light. Overall not particularly impressive for the style. Flat and dull.

Pours a hazy yellow with a white head and aroma of wheat and citrus. Taste is light and subtle, of wheat, coriander, and spices, very light mouthful. Not much flavor in this brew, nothing special.

Hazy yellow golden pour. Nose is light with a faint wheat and lemon scent. Small to no head, and poured correctly. Taste is metallic and grainy with hints of citrus. Finish is short and dry. Quite honestly fairly tasteless but refreshing on a very hot sweltering summer day when you are parched. Quaff Score 3/ 10

12 oz bottle from a Woodman’s trip (Oak Creek, WI). Pours a well hazed golden hue, touches of orange glow, with a frothy bright white head that films as a decent layer, laces small as it dies to a film. Aromas are straw and flaked wheat, gentle bready malts, touches of white pepper, light oranges, and mellow touches of stale bread. Much more dry than anticipated. Initial is lighter bodied, offering gentle citrus, lemons and touches of orange up front meet bread dough, flaked wheat, gentle spice. Orange peel is mellow, offering gentle refreshing quality into the middle and finish. A touch of tartness, coriander is much more mellow than typical, which wins points for me. Crisp and citrusy, yet mellow. Touches of dryness, lingering orange peel, gentle fruity ester and bready wheat. Pretty well put together, if a little understated in flavors. Quite drinkable in a session setting. Simple, enjoyable. Aroma could use some life.

Bottle. Lighter yellow pour, slightly hazy. Small white head. Nose is faint citrus. Palate is lighter. Taste is slight spice, some orange and lemon, and wheat. Easy drinker, but could use just a bit more carbonation or hop to add some character.
