Hazy yellow-gold with a decent white head that recedes slowly to ring. Citrus character and perfumey vanilla follow through to the strong wheat flavour but eventually make way for some coriander and orange. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Sampled at Mondial de la Bière 2005. BBB63 (4283), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 16, 2004 Bottle: Hazed pale yellow hue with fading fizzy head and little lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and floral hops, biscuit, banana, lemon, coriander and chalky yeast esters. The taste starst citric with orange and lemon overtones. This beer ends with a touch of bitters, yeast and a balanced spice character. The feel is lively and crisp, thin-bodied. A good witbier, very quaffable, among the better American made versions. | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | Aug 3, 2007 Picked up a single 12-oz bottle at Murray’s in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. Pour a semi-cloudy pale off-white brew with an average sized white head that quickly dissolves to a white ring. Aroma of citrus fruits, corlander, a touch of multi-grain malt and some spice. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonataion, with semi-sweet citrus zest, wheat malt, corlander and some mild hops. Finish has a distinct lemon zest and fruit flavor with a mild bitteness. As of today, this is one of the best American made Wits I’ve tried. Ughsmash (4105), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA

Poured a hazy amber with a long-lasting cap of white head. Nose was enjoyable, sporting plenty of spices (coriander and orange zest come to mind), wheat, and mild cobwebby yeast. Flavor was much the same, blending those components well... also picked up cereal malts. Almost too carbonated, but held it together. Very good stuff. beerguy101 (3972), Newark, California, USA

Light malts and a blend of unmalted wheat, oats, orange peel and coriander seed. Mild hops. Light and smooth refreshing taste. Nice flavor, Citrus flavors predominate. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is full and round. Aftertaste is slightly malty. Rciesla (3915), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 27, 2009 Bottle. Pours a golden hazy body with a thin white head. Wheat lemon, light coriander and some moderate clove and cinnamon spice maybe a sharper carbonation than most wheat beers. Not bad, nice for the style. badgerben (3610), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
