Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a Belgian Wit. A special blend of coriander, orange zest and unmalted wheat help to make this a remarkably refreshing summer beer.

Bottle: Pours a light copper color which was clear for being unfiltered. Aroma of wheat, grass and spice I could not discern until I read the description. Decent beer but a little thin. Seems to be lacking in overall flavor. Not my favorite of the style.

12 oz bottle at Butters’ 4th Cellar Reduction. Pour from the top that was clear golden body with a lasting white head on the edges and some thin lacing. Smells of coriander, clove, barnyard, some citrus and banana. Tastes the same as the aroma. Enjoyed this one for a white.

Draft at Lakefront. The color of light straw, cloudy. Coriander and wheat are dominant aromas, there’s also a bite from either the hops or CO2. Very mild tasting, almost watery. Pleasant to drink, good social beer. Yay beer!

Bottle. Pours clear witbeir yellow with a white head. The aroma is wheaty, with spicy citrus and lemon drops. The flavor has spices, citrus fruits, wheat, and a nice tartness. Decent.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a small diminishing white head. The aroma is light citrus, spices, and sweet. The flavor is moderately sweet, with orange citrus and coriander being the predominant tastes. A wheat grass flavor is also present. This has a light watery body with a crisp freshness. Not bad especially on a humid summer Saturday.

Pours hazy straw color with white head. Smells like a typical Belgian wit; wheat, citrus and corriander. Flavor is similar to aromas. Light body with a thin, watery mouthfeel. An OK wit.
