Moderate body, with just a hint of sweetness, some lemon and light spice. Decent, fairly refreshing example. Pjones6738 (500), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 27, 2003 surprisingly milky golden, the color a whitewashed wall turns in the angled light of evening. head was as attractive and attention getting as a tight-shirted pair of bra-less perkies. aroma of a very well-sanded spruce board, or like the inside of an acoustic guitar, a bit of coriander and some green produce such as celery and bell pepper, light flowery notes like lingering perfume on a thin summer dress. very quenching grassy toast flavors appropriately awash in doughy yeasts and hints of orange. i'm not real ga-ga about the wit style, but i give this quencher at least one "ga" for sure. kmeves (1081), Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Aug 3, 2005 Translucent pale yellow with big white head. Big spice up front in the aroma followed by sweet malt, hiding slight brett. The flavor is malty with a spicey finish, and a slight bitterness and lingering tartness. Overall, this is a good beer, and probably more Belgian Witbier then most breweries would attempt, you won’t mistake this for Blue Moon. cbkschubert (2031), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA
