3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Another beer from down the street. It pours a cloudy pale yellow. Small amount of head. No lace. The aroma is wonderful. It smells of creamy vanilla with citrus and wheat. The flavor is very nice. Biscuit with hints of orange. I’m getting a vanilla hint as well. The mouthfeel is very creamy and smooth. It leans to a medium body with mild carbonation. I really enjoy this beer. Yet another fine offering from my neighbors.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle from the sampler case. This was an average white with nothing outstanding to recommend it above any of the others.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle from J J Liquors in Edgewater. Aroma of wheat, orange peel, coriander, toasted grain and yeast. Similar flavor, adding a mild herbal, spicy and zesty bitterness with bready malts and a touch of fruity esters. Crisp feel with ample carbonation. OK.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 11/7/2015. Pours hazy bright golden yellow color with a 2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange zest, pear, apple, coriander, clove, wheat, cracker, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and fairly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming after the finish as expected of 4.6%. Overall this is a very good witbier. All around good balance and robustness of fruity/earthy yeast, spices, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Foam bomb. Best by date a month and a half away, this shouldn’t happen. Head dissipated fairly quickly making for a 6 minute pour. Aroma of yeast, banana....taste is thin, a bit flat (perhaps from the oversized head), yeast fills the palette with orange filling in and finishing with a thin bread taste in the end.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tap at Old Fashioned. Hazy yellow with white head and medium carbonation. Some citrus, spice aroma along with some clove. The taste is the same with some wheat, banana, and bread malt in the finish. Definitely a light and refreshing beer. Not as strong of a yeast presence which some people may enjoy. Quite fizzy. Went well with grilled cheese and tomato soup.

1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle - Has that Belgium flavor to it but not nearly as pronounced as other Belgian style ales. I get no orange on this but do get the coriander (floral) flavor. It also has what I would call an aspartame fake sweetness flavor to it. Reminds me of another beer with a similar flavor (R.J. Rockers Son of a Peach Wheat Ale).

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
It pours a hazy golden color. The aroma was a little skunked. The taste was sweet with wheat. This could’ve used more orange and coriander in the taste. It had a thin oily palate. It was okay.
