Pour is a murky orange with a small white head. Aroma is a nice clove with some fruit. Flavor is some spicy fruit with clove and bubblegum fruityness. Think of a hefe without much banana but substitute it with a nice fresh blast of citrus fruit. This was a solid easy drinker.

A decent German style hefe weiss. I like the idea of this being 100% Wisconsin made- water, wheat, hops, malt, and yeast. Nice hints of banana and clove.

Pours a cloudy golden with a very light head which quickly dissipates. Flavor is mild banana, clove and yeasty bread. Nice carbonation with no overwhelming aftertaste. It is what Lakefront states: a mild, summer session beer. Works for me!

Nearly clear gold with a tall, off-whnite head.
Aroma is wheaty....banana...clove, coriander.
Taste is malt, wheat, banana-orange...spice.
Crisp and sweet.
Very nice.

12 oz bottle pours a slightly hazy golden color with quickly vanishing white head and only a little lacing. Aroma is true to the style: wheat bread, bananas, a bit of honey, coriander and slight floral hops. Body is light to medium with active carbonation. Quite refreshing and not bad at all, yet not one of the greats. Somewhere between a German Hefeweizen and Belgian Witbier, but thankfully available where I live.

I really didn’t like this beer. It was extremely carbonated and it completely took away from the flavor...which was rather weak and watery.

Bottle - Banana, wheat and some light citrus. Hazy yellow orange with a foamy head that dies pretty quick. Banana, some light sourness that comes from the over carbonation and next to no finish. Some slight citrus and sweetness. A very refreshing beer, maybe a bit over carbonated, but perfect that hot patio.

Bottle. Cloudy, pale straw color with a big white foamy head. This is just an all around good weiss. Spicy, fruity aroma and flavors with a nice creamy palate and a spicy flowery finish. I’m not even a big fan of weiss beers but this one hits it for me.

on tap at brewery. Thinking this would be a refreshing and relatively tasteless summer weiss. It was not refreshing, it tasted like yeast and something I cant even describe. I really like the idea of a home grown wisconsin bier, but this just doesn’t do anything for me.

Many ’summer weiss’ beers are lacking in aroma and taste and are more lemonade than beer. This is just as refreshing but bolder on the senses. Yeast and wheat, little bit of sweetness. Really nice palate sensations and subtlety lingering aftertaste. great beer
