COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wisconsinite: the most Wisconsin beer ever! Made with 100% Wisconsin-grown malted barley, wheat, and hops, including a unique, first-of-its-kind, never before fermented, indigenous Wisconsin yeast strain. It pours a hazy, unfiltered, straw color with a fine white head. The mild clove, banana, and citrus aromas from the Wisconsin yeast go well with the malty sweetness and fresh baked wheat bread flavors. With its light body and lively effervescence, Wisconsinite is a refreshing summer session beer.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours god with a creamy 4 finger white head. All that comes through the foam is clove. Med body. Flavor has clove and a decent amount of banana ester. A bit wheaty in the aftertaste. Decent drink.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate white head. Sweet banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt flavor. Very nice, solid weizen.

Bottled. Poured clear, brighter golden with a very tall, well-retained white head. The aroma picked up fresh lemon, grass, and lighter fruity notes over sweet bready malts.. plenty of cloves showed as it warmed up.. really nice stuff. The flavor found soft bready notes and a touch of honey at the core.. tangy wheat, lemon rind, and cloves around.. touches of mixed, lighter fruits too.. finished with refreshing tartness, nice earthy notes, and cloves. Lighter-bodied with high carbonation on the palate.. clean and well-balanced.. I really enjoyed it.

Bonus courtesy of GhostFace. The 12oz bottle pours fairly opaque pale yet deep gold with copper core and thin bright white head. The aroma has some nice coriander and clove like spiciness with a bit of bubble gum and pepper. The taste is enhanced by a decent level of carbonation pushing up some mild black pepper notes, cloves, a bit of bubble gum and then grainy like malts. It smooths out into the finish leaving bubble gum and a sliver of clove lingering into the after taste. Nice summer brew.

12 oz bottle. (Lakefront Brewery) Milwaukee, WI.
Clear golden colour with an average sized frothy white head. Wheat, yeast, fruity hops and mild bitterness. The aroma is like American Wheat Ale aroma. Yeast, mild wheat and some fruitiness in the flavour. Very much American Wheat Ale.

@ the brewery. Light golden body, pillowy white head. Wheaty with a kiss of citrus, very little spice and no banana esters to speak of. Not a hefe really, but a decent American wheat.

12 oz. bottle shared by Conor- thanks, Conor! Brought this one back from his home state and greeted me with his typical, "Have you had this? No? Yes!" Appearance is a hazy pale straw with a bone white head. Aroma is grain, wheat, a little bit of banana, clove, and bread. The flavor is along those same lines, too. Really high carbonation, with a light body. Love the 4.2% ABV.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear orange pour with no head, not a great looking beer, looks like apple juice. Aroma has notes of nice clove, banana, bubblegum, slight hints of honey, some grass, yeast and spice, dry biscuit and cracker. Taste is sweet biscuit and bread, some slight clove, banana bread, spicy and fizzy acid notes, slight grass but fairly weak at the end.
