Not much of a honey taste....not like I like honey in beers anyways, it belongs on toast or something like that!

Very light, watery, unoffensive but unimaginative flavour. Light colour, not much head. A little sweetness from the honey, I guess, but not much else. Pretty bland for a honey beer, or any other type.

Pale gold. Small, light tan head. Faint honey aroma. Light feel. Light, somewhat clean sweet malt flavour w/ some honey-ish notes.

Light amber , small white head . Light sweet aroma . Malt sugar tatse could be a bit anoying if there is not much else .

amber colour, no head. weird eggy and sugary aroma. mildly honey-ish flavour with lots of corn.

TFOB, Clear golden colour. Slight head, bit sweet, not bad bitterness considering. Give it an extra overall point for dirt cheapness.

Golden-amber. Watery, grainy aroma. Watery taste, slight graininess. Hint of chemical. Nothing else. Oh well, at least it looks like beer.

Hmm... all that Honey goodness. I agree with Cartoon_Khaki’s rating below but I would have been highly surprised should Lakeport have started a honey bee farm to suit the needs of its highly cultured clientele.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2003 It is sweet and you can taste the honey. Is it Billy bee honey though. 24 beers for 24 buck what can I say.... I'd be stupid not to drink it.... but you have to wonder does the water come from straight from the bay, zebra muscles and all!!!!?????? or is it just city water (note: if you live in Hamilton you'd get this I live a block away from the brewery and I can still only smell soybeans.... hmmm another hint.???)

could this beer be any more university style? man, goin to trent, this is the cheapest stuff we have available to us. It’s not really as good as i rated it but it gets us by so i gotta represent for it
