Corn and the slightest hint of malt in the nose, golden, pours a medium sized white head. Tastes of corn and very mildly of malt, metalic finish. Light bodied. Ordinary. Thanks mds.

Nothing better than a random beer in a can from southern Ontario airlifted to the arctic.... price be darned! Looks okay, decent level of foamy head and bubbly macro-lager goodness in the body. Soft aroma of sweet rotten corn stench with barely a hint of cardboard. Flavour has some strong fruity esters and adjuncts thrown in with a citrusy and bitter finish. Dry, at least. While it’s totally not great, it’s much better than the other macro I’ve been drinking up her for the last couple of months (and thus my relatively highy rating might be just celebrating a bit of variety!).

473ml can pours a pale straw color with a 2 finger white head that settles almost as quickly as its poured. Aroma is grainy malts and grassy hops. Taste is more of the same. Typical macro brew.

Originally rated September 2005. Bought in the cheapy single section of the LCBO. Pours a golden colour with hardly any carbonation. The white head dissipates quickly and leaves a bit of lace. The nose seems like alcohol, metallic water and grains. The taste is slightly bitter and bites a bit with the alcohol, then goes into this clean dry aftertaste with hints of corn. Pretty refreshing and easy drinkability, but hits the spot... and you feel it without seeing it come.

473mL bottle from the Lickbow. Pours a flaccid yellow with no head. Smells like, garbage malts, corn, alcohol. Tastes like, the same lousy aspects with a harsh alcoholic bite in the finish, which is kind of impressive for something at only 5.5%. I’ve never really understood what the hell an ’Ice’ beer is, what the process is, or if it even exists at all, but I’ve always had the sneaking suspicion that it’s the fancy name for a half-assed Malt Liquor. Run-on sentences aside, this beer makes me believe in this theory even more. Even for Brick this is bad, disappointing as Laker Lager is almost tolerable.

Prob the best ’laker’ brand beer I have had, it was actually not bad, general when a beer is label ice I find it to be quite bitter but this one was kind of smooth and it has a sweet tasting finish. Overall I would have again

yea....not what u exspect just stick to laker strong my favourite dont waste your time they dont know how to make a enjoyfull ice lager if you want a really good ice brew look up molson xxx the best of the best in my opinion

473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear bright golden colour with average-sized white head. Aroma is fairly bland, cardboardy grainy malt with some sweet corn. Taste is fairly sweet with generic grains and some corn. Quite thin bodied. Not disgusting but still quite bad.

mmmmmmm ice. Can. Pours typical golden yellow. Would have again if offered.

can. Poured clear amber with very little head. Generic grainy aroma. Highly carbonated. Cereal grain flavour, bland. A hint of alcohol.
