Cask Days 2011
Aroma soft aromatic tones, Arabic gum, soft fruity sourness, grassy green hops.
Appearance hazed amber ale with mid lighter rocky top.
Flavor and Palate : easy going with true straight herbal/hop character. Sides accented by mineral hints. Finishing with slight hop touches.

cask days 2011. light leafy tea aroma, some light bready malts. semi bitter finish with more of the leafy tea in the finish. this was pretty underwhelming, and boring. basically an amber ale with a hand full of lipton in it.

2011-10-30. Crisp orange amber body with a tiny beige head. 3+ Aroma of tea and muted hops, malt. Tough to separate what I assume is actual tea from the name, and tea like English hops. Pleasant, lightly bitter character, tea noes, muted leafy green hops, lingering dilute tea notes. 5+ Average to light bodied palate. Decent, it is sort of English in character, I am not a tea drinker and do not like the tea-like character. Cask Days 2011, Toronto

Amber pour with a tight tan head. Lightly floral with a touch of tea character. Softly sweet but light. The floral component works pretty well.

on cask at Volo Cask days 2011. Pours clear amber with little head. Strong aroma and taste of pekoe tea but doesn’t overpower the sweet ale.
