COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You donít have to hitch a ride to Níawlins for some Crescent City flavor. Our friends at Noble Coyote Coffee Roasters age green, Fair-Trade Certifiedô Peruvian Cajamarca coffee beans in recently emptied bourbon barrels for months, then roast them to perfection. We slowly infuse the beans into our beer with a touch of chicory. Youíll taste rich coffee, a hint of spice, and Fat Tuesday.

Bottle shared with Erica while watching football. Black pour with some brown bubbles and a very small head. The aroma is heavy on the coffee with some chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is more of the same. There is some nice coffee, chocolate and roasted malt, as well as some whiskey with a small alcohol burn. Fairly sweet overall. Medium to thick mouthfeel and low carbonation.

Delicious with smooth lactose sweetness, rich coffee flavor and a nice chicory bitterness. Not overly heavy or sticky and hides the alcohol well.

TCBF. Now, this was just silly...in a good way. Pours black as a politicianís soul with a huge, creamy, delightful head. Nose is ESPRESSO! On the tongue, itís...holy demitasse, Batman, thatís strong. Coffee and vanilla and spice up front, with chicory bitterness kicking in; this is not a beer for the faint of heart, my friends, it is a triple chicory espresso that someone happened to turn into a beer. I thought Iíd have a caffeine reaction afterwards. Intensely delicious.

Bottle from Hallís Grocery Colleyville. Pours black with a thin tan head that dissipates quickly. The aromas are chocolate, roasted coffee, hazelnut, vanilla. The mouthfeel is dry and bitter with a heavy body and medium carbonation. Cheers!
