On tap at the brewery.
Deep amber pour, slight head. Aroma is full of spices - pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg. Sweet malt flavors and more spices but doesn’t live up to the nose. Decent but I’m glad they are trying unique brews.

The sweetness and a bit of the spice hits your mouth immediately. The beer itself is somewhat flat in taste and lacks the usual spice kick that many seasonal and pumpkin beers usually offer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 TizzleJizzle (375) - Garland, Texas, USA - NOV 9, 2012
Tap at Flying Saucer by the Lake. Poured a maroon brown color with a nice tan top that lasted throughout and nice lacing. Spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, good stuff. Yet another solid brew from Lakewood. Texas brews, FTW!

On tap at Jack Mac’s.
The beer pours a dark brown color with a tan head. The aroma is full of nutmeg and cinnamon, with not too much else going on. The flavor is similar. I get some roasted malt and pumpkin notes, but the pumpkin pie spices (mainly cinnamon and cloves) really come through the most. I also get a hint of yeast and some sugar, but it is very faint. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Pours a dark brown with tan head. Aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon, a hint of clove and vanilla with a faint touch of chocolate. Flavor is very much the same with a light hop bitter finish. Medium, soft mouthfeel with medium-high carbonation

(Draught at Sundown at Granada) cloudy deep brown-amber, lastin creamy offwhite head. Nose is heavy on spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate, cream, light yam. Taste is light watery chocolate, heavy spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, light clove, cream, bit soapy as it finishes, wanted to love it but its just decent for me. I’d try it again, but misses the mark slightly.
