2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: When drinking this one I think of some old and stale Chicken in a Biscuit crackers. Pumpkin spices are too light. Has a bit of roasted character to it. Body and mouthfeel are moderate. Thin finish, pale spices, pale roasted malts, but clean otherwise. Pretty much a snoozer.

Pours a darker orange color with off-white head. Pumpkin pie spice on the nose, with some pumpkin and caramel malt notes; follows onto the palate. Finishes sweet.

6-pack picked up at Cheers with Zac. I was surprised by the lower ratings here because for me this was a nice pumpkin brew. I liked how it wasn’t just overpowering spice. This had some of the vegetal pumpkin notes to add some depth. Plus the base dunkel was nice too. I would happily buy this each fall/winter.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dark leathery brown in the glass. Spicy pumpkin spice aroma. Flavor of toasty malt with an aftertaste of more spicy malt notes like a dark pumpkin spice bread with a touch of molasses. Overall, an extremely delicious brew. Thanks BarZigKin!

Very deep reddish brown color with an off white head. Taste of subdued Pumpkin Spices, dark malt. Pleasant mouth feel. One of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had. also I don’t really even enjoy pumpkin beers, but this I would try again

Not a bad mix. The aroma of dark malts and pumpkin hit the nose. It has a nice caramel color with a white head. Palate is average weight with good carbonation. It also had a smooth character. Flavors were blended well and subdued in a good way. It allowed the Dunkel side of the malts to come through without hitting you over the head with pumpkin. Some spice on the finish. A good offering.

Nice twist on the usual pumpkin beer. The pie spices blend nicely with the dark bready dunkel base.
