COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our take on an American Rye/Wheat. It pours with a fluffy white head and has a cloudy straw color. The citrus aroma and the addition of rye malt gives it a complexity and subtle pepperiness. It’s soft on the palate and finishes slightly dry with just a hint of lemon zest in the background. Food Pairing: Light and soft cheeses. Crisp salads. Poultry, fish and shellfish

On tap at Vickery Cafe, PLano. Pours hazy white, not much of a head. Faint aroma of cloves. You can really taste the rye here. A bit strong on the rye flavor for my taste

Bottle thanks to Bruce. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium frothy off white head that lasts awhile leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong citrus lemon zest. Thin mouthfeel with crisp citrus and wheat flavor. Easy to drink crisp finish. A very good wheat ale from Lakewood.
