COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This seductress is like dessert in a glass. It pours with a thick milk chocolate head. Chocolate and caramel malt give it a complex and rich body. Lower carbonation gives the beer a silky mouthfeel. Sheís voluptuous and will sneak up on you with soft alcohol warmth. Take your time with her and sheíll reward you.

Pretty good. Nice toasted chocolate aromas with malts mixed in. Really dark black head with minimal tan head. Smooth palate that had a unique viscosity. Roasted and sweet malts, some chocolate and milky flavors as well. They all blended nicely and were even a little burnt, in a good way. Very good offering from a new brewery.

Sweet aromas of cocoa and a hint of smoke. Taste is sweet, chocolate, cocoa, bitter coffee and sweet caramel. Alcohol is well hidden. Good stuff.

12 oz. bottle from a buddy in Texas - thanks again, Brian! Pours a deep brown with a small off-white head that leaves a ring. Plenty of milk chocolate in thi sone, with toast, caramel, sugars, leaves, and earth. Medium-bodied, with low to moderate carbonation and a smooth, sweet, earhty mouthfeel. Pretty simple, and not bad.

12oz bottle, thanks to phaleslu for sharing. And Iím pretty sure umich03jm just sent me a bottle of this, too... Thanks again, Jason! Very dark brown color. Thin ring of khaki head. Couple dots of lace. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of chewy, crisp lighter carbonation. More dry finish. A little thin, not as thick as expected for the ABV, but still solid. Kind of too sweet for me. This maybe should be classified as a sweet stout. Itís certainly sweet. Light bitter, some sweet alcohol heat. Ok for me. Not my style. A lot of milk sugar, milk chocolate. Light coffee. Intense, but in the ways that I donít prefer. Some savory smokiness? a little ham-like meatiness, sugariness? just not my style overall. I donít care for sweet stouts, even the acclaimed examples. Maybe some cooked vegetable aspect on this, I donít know. Not crazy about it overall, personally.

Bonus from a recent trade. Head just doesnít quit on this. Nice and tan and full. Adding a creamy texture. Bright red fruit. A bit of a sweet milky texture. Surprisingly nice.

12oz bottle in a snifter. Pours black with a lacy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, some chocolate, some sweetness, hints of vanilla, and some dough. Flavor the same with a good blend. Smooth texture. A solid beer.
