COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This seductress is like dessert in a glass. It pours with a thick milk chocolate head. Chocolate and caramel malt give it a complex and rich body. Lower carbonation gives the beer a silky mouthfeel. She’s voluptuous and will sneak up on you with soft alcohol warmth. Take your time with her and she’ll reward you.

Pitch black pour with a khaki head. Nose is roasted malts, chocolate, lacto, cocoa, bitter, and fudge. Very smooth and creamy on the palate, heavy roasted malts, creamy fudge, and a great finish.

Appearance: Pours black with a khaki sudsy head.

Aroma: Brownie mix, cocoa, licorice, chocolate chip cookies.

Taste: Medium roasted malt, milk chocolate, faint spicy hops. Alcohol well hidden!

Mouthfeel: Very creamy/fluffy. Moderate carbonation.

Overall: This beer is damn near perfect. While I love and appreciate a sharp roasty Imperial Stout, this was very smooth and milk chocolatey.

12 oz. bottle much thanks going to Rightcross55. The aroma is real nice, sugar, vanilla, deep malts and a trace of booze. The color and head make a perfect picture for a stout.

The body and mouthfeel is a little thin for an imperial stout but that is the only negative thing to say because the flavor is down right awesome. Lingering roast, brownie batter, grain and a lingering vanilla bean in the finish. Light warming heat after the sip warms the belly. Overall this was a pleasure to drink.

Black with a light brown head that fades fairly quickly. Aroma of roast, molasses, milk, and caramel. Taste is sweet and rich chocolate and molasses with a fairly stout bitterness. Medium-full bodied and somewhat dry with a slight fizzy feel. Pretty good stuff.

Love this beer. Can’t get enough and hard to find outside the Dallas. You’ll enjoy it if you are a true Milk or Chocolate Stout Connoisseur.

12 oz. bottle from a buddy in Texas - thanks again, Brian! Pours a deep brown with a small off-white head that leaves a ring. Plenty of milk chocolate in thi sone, with toast, caramel, sugars, leaves, and earth. Medium-bodied, with low to moderate carbonation and a smooth, sweet, earhty mouthfeel. Pretty simple, and not bad.
