COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With spring comes renewal. Whether tilling a field or simply mowing the yard, hard work should be rewarded appropriately. This crisp, thirst-quenching, rustic farmhouse saison pairs perfectly with the warming weather of the season. Notes of grapefruit, pineapple and peach are derived from the unique hops used in the brew.

Bottle - Peach, pineapple, lychee and other tropical fruits. Hazy yellow gold with a rich white head. Light tropical fruit, grass and yeasty finish. Light and refreshing, but it could use either a kick of bitterness or tartness to add depth.

Pours clear golden with a large white head. Smells of funk, wheat, pepper, spices. Taste is funky, bready, spicy. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and average mouth-carbonation, Lakewood Till & Toil finishes with a yeasty funk.

Tap at Craft and Growler - I am torn on this one - it has a nice crips dryness to it, and an ample bitterness, but the flavor of the mosaic and citra seem out of place at first, but mellow and settle as your palate adjusts - the phenols are a bit plastic-like up front, but settle into some earth and light funkiness - a little bit of sweet melon and mango, and a touch of ginger at the end - okay, I guess I like it.

From a growler filled at Whole Foods. Pours a nice gold with a clean white head and bubbly from the high carbonation. Light floral aroma. Good body and bubbles on the tongue. Strong citrus taste with hints of spice and a dry finish.

Tap at Lakewood. Cloudy gold pour with a nice white head. Aroma is citrus, barnyard, and fairly spicy. Taste has a lot of nice citrus with a little funk, clove, and faint banana. A little tart. Dry finish with slightly prickly carbonation. Really nice beer for our lovely Texas heat.

On tap. Cloudy golden pour with some fluffy white head. Nose is big time citrus - grapefruit, orange, some funk. Refreshing and easy drinking - more citrus funk. Great stuff.
