COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Texas gets hot. Real hot. This little pils is just what grandma ordered to keep the heat in czech. A combo of Sterling and Czech Saaz hops give this little yella’ beer a kick that’ll scare off your thirst and keep ya comin’ back.

Clear yellow with a lasting head. Lots of visual carbonation in the form of tiny bubbles. I can’t quit make out the nose. Close to a traditional pils. Light body with a grainy taste. This one is a little sweeter than I expected. Pretty much spot on for an average pilsner except for the aroma.

Bottle from Krogers. pours a dirty yellow with a thin white head. The aromas are skunk, lemon zest, leather. The mouthfeel is dry watery and has a medium body and good carbonation. Very spot on for a pilsner. Cheers!

Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains are mainly on the nose with just a hint of grass; follows onto the palate. Nice and light for a hot day.

12 oz bottle. Poured a clear pale yellow color with a frothy white head that lasted throughout and great lacing. Tasted crisp, grain, hay, and noble hops. Medium carb, thin body. Refreshing!

Bottle:   Pale straw, even paler haze, soft sudsy white head, little lacing.   Soft sweet grassy nose, some straw and hay.   Seems clean.   Very grassy up front, but also strong hay and straw which makes it a bit dry, or at least husky.   Not as clean on the backside as I would have liked.   Body and mouthfeel however are fairly full bodied.   Finish is a little husky tho.   Decent, but could stand to be cleaner.   Thanks Bill!

For what it is, it hit the mark. Pilsner grain smell. Clear golden color with fizzy white head. Light crisp palate. Leans on the watery side but it’s supposed to be. Good carbonation and tasted fresh. Tastes were mild with a grassy and earthy feel followed by a bitterness to round it out. I didn’t drink this with refreshment in mind but I see how this could do the job nicely.
