Bottle 341ml. Pours clear blond (!?!) with medium white head. Very nice lacing. Aroma is of spices, citrus, flowers. Taste is of spices, oranges, yeast, slight bitterness, wheat, faint acid finish. Palate: Light body. Heavy carbonation. Overall: Spicy, citrusy. Drinkable. Not really complex or stunning. Quite innoffensive.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2014 on tap at brewpub. very pale yellow, almost clear, small head, no retention. nose: soapy, lightly herbal. acidic, light wheat. aggressive carbonation, light body. will re-rate, as there has been some confusion with this brew and "witbier blanche".

Hazy with a light gold color. Tropical fruit and some yeast, thin and sharp. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

341 ml bottle. Pale yellow, small fog. Subtly smells of spices. Taste is sweet, with a slightly bitter finish. Very subtle, almost shy. A forgettable weizen.

Pours slightly hazy, typical "white". Quickly fading white head. Aroma is a bit citric and hints at something inoffensive... Taste is too acidic, close to apples mixed with citrus (yeast seems to be guilty), with absolutely nothing else as far as malt and hops are concerned to redeem it. This one has "avoid" all over it. Not quite drainpour, but close.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, light cloves and light sulfur notes. In mouth, a sweetish wheat malt with light cloves and bubblegum, a bit of lactic points. Boring. On tap at taphouse, Dec. 27 2010.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden color ale with a medium pure white foamy head with average retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light wheat malt with mild notes of coriander. Taste is also a mix of light wheat malt with some light bubblegum and coriander notes which are more or less balanced. Body is a bit light with good carbonation. Mediocre at best and not something I am likely to buy again.

Bouteille 341 ml. 4.7%.
