Nice amber colour with less head than a loveless marriage. Caramel and brown sugar, roasted grain, light mineral taste/aroma. Body is thinner than expected - somewhere between runway model and Hollywood starlet. Needs to be sweeter and less bitter, like a - ok that's enough. Decent enough, but kind of blah. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle: Poured a clear light brown color bock with a medium size foamy head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of light dry caramel malt note is OK. Taste is also dominated by light dry caramel malt notes with limited amount of complexity. Body is light with medium carbonation. Easy drinking beer with limited amount of complexity.

341 mL Bottle. Deep gold-copper body with a rocky off-white head settling to a wispy film. Aroma of light malts and grains with an earthiness to it and a subtle phenolic note. Sweet malts dominate in the taste, subtle molasses and treacle aftertaste, and a cream cheese finish.

Eructoblaster (3891) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 13, 2012
Bottle - 341ml. Beautiful dark copper body with a thin off-white foamy head. Rich malty/hoppy aroma with brown sugar, fruity, and some subtle spicy hints. Taste is well balanced but rather thin for a Bock. It carries woody notes and ends with a short, moderately warming, bittersweet finish. Not bad.

Smells very sugary. Taste is sticky and sweet. Pours cloudy orange. A kind of shitty chemical bitterness. Not very good. Same bitterness as their IPA, very strange. Nothing to do with a dunkler bock whatsoever. From Delires du Terroir. Bottle.

On tap. Pours amber, with low white head. Good lacing. Aroma is of malt. Taste is malty, somewhat bitter. Nutty? Dry finish. Not a great beer.
