Bottled. Pours clear brown with a medium sized, lacing, beige head. Aroma of caramel, berries, yeast and spicy notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and with bitter notes. Medium bodied, oily text and soft carb. An OK christmas brew.

Clear medium brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, sweet caramel, dark dried berry, light to light moderate yeasty, spicy, anis seed notes. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long to average duration, dark dried fruit, anis, cardboard notes ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. This brew pours a dark brownish-amber color with a medium light tan head that diminishes slowly to a wispy film. Aroma of sweet malt, honey and anise bread, Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, licorice, spice and distinct orange peel. The finish is sweet and leaves a lingering malt aftertaste. Above average overall.

Bottle shared with joergen and bager. Pours a clear brown with a beige diminishing head. Very sweet. Some abricot aromas. Touch of Belgian yeast esters. Hints of liquirish and residual sugars. High carbonation. Hints of bitterness towards the end.
