Pours a bright golden amber color, head lasted about 20 seconds. No lacing to speak of. Aromas of spice, light grains, and a touch of something fruity. Flavor is medicinal, sweet, and sort of vegatal. Not impressed with this offering.

contract brewed for Brasserie Gambrinus, Mulhouse; from le Village de la Bière, Strasbourg - translucide golden colour with a solid and persistent white foam; nice lacing; estery and papery aroma; slightly astringent, medium-bodied and with a quite dry bitterness; the finish is short, dry and with a lingering astringency

0.33 l bottle. Golden color with small head. Resiny and fruity british hops, fruity tartness and honey in the aroma. Honeyish maltiness and resiny hops in the flavor. Some papery notes too, tastes somewhat old.
