2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
I had a very nice time scratching the beer maiden’s undies off. It’s just to bad the beer itself didn’t excite (or is it arouse?) as much of an interest. Slightly sweet, honey aroma. Corn, grain and honey flavors. Finishes bland and watery. Light bodied and lifeless. The bottle label is the only redeeming part of this most unsexy beer.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
UPDATED: OCT 31, 2003 Clear gold color. White head, quickly dissapated. Skunky aroma. No body. Lacks flavor. One demensional bitterness. Very fizzy. A substandard belgian lager. Not very good. I didn't finish it (a first).

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Some kind of Pilsner maybe. Pours a clear light gold. Little head or lcaing, good malts and hops for a European ber. Real clean and crisp with good carbonation and flavor.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
A light amber color, slightly hazy, and light co2 with a small white head. Lacing is sticky and head retention is low. Aroma is lightly fruity and malty with a hop background. Flavor has a slightly sweet start with a light hop finish. Mouthfeel is light bodied and watery with a lingering hop bite. Not much to talk about. Not bad, but not a lot of character. The label is far more arousing than the beer.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
I fell in love with the bottle. If only it was scratch and sniff! Unfortunately the contents of the bottle is Bud Light. Pours watery, light yellow, very much the color of healthy urine. Had a big white foamy head that left some lacing but who cares? The beer smells like sugar water. Tastes pretty damned awful. Watery, off flavors, bitter in the wrong places, corn syrup flavors. I wouldn't drink this again but I still love the bottle. Too bad.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
A slightly murky yellow/bronze colour with a minimum of head and a floating wisp atop. This after a vigourous pour. Very light malty nose. Not much going on aroma like. Soft, slightly tangy mouthfeel and a minimum of light malt notes and a bit of balancing hops. Not much going on for a Belgium beer. Quite a disappointment.

3.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A suprising beer from the Alsace. Bottled. Head nearly perfectly white, self regenerating so much you had to drink the head off the top before it overflowed. Aroma of light malt and a heavy hop oil aroma. Clour, almost clear gold - depending upon how you poured it. Flavour was initially of overpowering CO2 bite and powerful hopping followed by a fruity crystal malt flavour and a Saaz hop flavour which remained after all the other flavours had subsided. A really nice beer for the last few on a hot summer evening.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured well, nice color but not a 'quality' Belgian product. The label is a good distraction and novelty. Overall, not too bad but don't go way out your way to try/buy this.
