a sim rate:
Initial strong and off-putting smell of bleach. Off-putting both in the thought of having bleach in beer as well as reminiscent of bad experiences cleaning bathrooms. I then realised that the aroma was exactly like corn tortillas. Very specifically so. Gorgeous mahogany color and good head. Abrupt finish. Thin mouthfeel. Malty flavour. Almost too subtle. I wasn’t even sure if I could taste anything at first.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled. Hazy ruby. There’s some disturbing butyric acid in the aroma. Fairly sweet with hard mouthfeel. Low hop rate, low bitterness, low enjoyment rate...

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice chesnut colored beer with good fluffy beige head. Aroma’s of malts caramel, some chocolate and nutty accents. Sweet malty taste with a fine Port like accent in the taste. Nice chocolaty hints goes wel with the untherlayning touch of dried prunes and figgs. In the afthertaste there is a faint burned bitter accent. Overall a smooth well balanced beer.
