Malt notes of bread, grains, and a touch of caramel followed by a rather sloppy DMS/vegetal aroma. Soft orange and floral hop tones. Touch of honey sweetness in the nose. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter flavor becomes a lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter finish. Flavor introduces an element of caramel covered pineapple slices. Graham cracker like aftertaste. Lightly astringent. Medium bodied, oily texture, moderate carbonation. Muddled and narsty flaws. DJMonarch (6825), Northwich, Cheshire, England

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 23, 2006 Bottled. Pours a reddish/orange color. Virtually no head. Sweet somewhat fruity aroma. Slighty metallic, sweet malty taste right up front. Some bitterness towards the finish that just can’t seem to follow through. Touch of woodiness. OhioDad (2491), Hilliard, Ohio, USA

Aroma is light grapefruit and a touch of caramel. Flavor is light grains, caramel, a bit of grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied but a little chewy. Would make a fair session. Pours a thin amber with a frothy head and clinging lace. Aroma is weak citrus with a splash of strawberry. Flavor is smooth and lite, with sprinkles of bitter malt, citrus, and hops. Palate is surprisingly thick, despite the thin appearance of the beer. Not a bad beer at all; I’d drink this at bbq’s. Kevster (225), Bradenton, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 21, 2006 Pours a copper color with a medium off-white head that is fully lasting. Aroma is hoppy grass and light malty caramel. Flavor is sour in a grapefruit kind of way which leaves a mild bitter finish. Very easy to drink since it’s kind of thin and watery.
