21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA Aug 13, 2005 Had the sunset color goin on. Lots of wet soap in the aroma. The body was also very wet, but not overly hoppy, slightly floral but more soapy. Nothing special here. paul9639 (116), New Hampshire, USA Aug 12, 2005 poureda hazy copper with a thin head. aroma was fant citrus and hjops. flavor was the same. darkcarrington (31), USA Aug 11, 2005 Best word to describe it is meh. Only place I’ve ever seen it is in Whole Foods, never at a liquor store. Considering that, not too bad, but also not too good. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA Aug 1, 2005 This beer was trying, so you gotta give it props. nice hoppy flavors. nice orange peel flavors and some creamy palate with some dish soap aftertaste. some yeast in the flavor and aroma. not a bad brew. refreshing and clean. Shag (1922), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA Aug 1, 2005 An orange appearance with some dishwashing detergent and citrus in the aroma. The palate is quite thin on this one. The flavor is soapy with spices and an artifical orange taste. Its doable but not really that good. jde123 (715), Washington, Washington DC, USA Jul 6, 2005 I found this to be a good pale ale, one of the better ones originating from Goose Island. Pours a nice cloudy amber, topped with minimal head, palate was a little sparse, too bubbly. Flavor was relaxing, a nice beer on a hot summer day. thegreenrooster (1810), St.louis, Missouri, USA Jun 10, 2005 Pour is a cloudy yellow with a nice big white head. Aroma is hoppy and pine. Flavor is clean and refreshing. It may be a bit watery but there is the citrus hops flavor with the bready aftertaste to make this a above par pale ale. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA May 2, 2005 Pours canary with big off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt, some piney resins and even some slight female taint. Tastes hoppy, with a resiny maltiness, some apricots, spice, and honey. Complex and well balanced.
