COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La:Blonde La « best seller » de la brasserie La Marmotte (en terme de quantité produite) a séduit les amateurs par sa rondeur et la finesse de sa mousse. Ronde, aux arômes fruités mousseuse, veloutée, fine et tenace, La:Marmotte blonde est un mélange subtil entre l’amertume et la douceur sucrée – une bière vraiment exceptionelle. Les arômes de céréales, son caractère fruité et une légère amertume discrète lui confèrent une corpulence unique. Chapeautée par une mousse fine, abondante et persistante, ses qualités désaltérantes vous surprendront. Avec 5.2% d’alcool, La:Marmotte blonde se boit en bouteilles de 33cl et de 50cl. Elle est aussi disponible en fût de 20 litres.

Bouteille 33 cl du Grain d’Orge - Neuchâtel (CH). Blonde dorée à mousse blanche envahissante, s’effondrant rapidement et laissant des dentelles. Nez malté fruité, floral, citron-orange, abricot, foin.. Qu’on retrouve au goût, doux-amer, sucré avec des notes citriques et une amertume houblonnée herbacée et zeste. Goût frais pour bière facile à boire.

Bouteille 33 cl offerte par CLJ. Blonde dorée brumeuse, couronne blanche moyenne, pétillement vivant. Nez malté, épicé, fruité d’orange. Bue pas trop froide, la bouche est assez ronde, douce-amère, caramel-candi, fruitée avec une amertume de zeste qui s’affirme.

[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light hoppy, flowers, light to moderate yeasty, fruity. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, grain, sweet fruity malt, malty, cacao notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120427]

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with some marzipan. Fairly dry with light body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Some vanilla and grain, low hop rate and bitterness. Pleasant and relaxed.

Bottled 33cl. Courtesy of Bov. It pours a hazy golden beer with a small head. The aroma is nicely hoppy with hints of lemon peel and oranges. The taste is extremely sweet with hops and candy sugar showing up. Medium bodied. No bitterness. Blood oranges in the finish which is remarkably sweet. Very pleasant. Thanks Bov!

Bottled (BB 01/2009). A bit hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma of tangerine, paper and wheat. Light orange flavor, some sweetness, very soapy, some lime peels in the finish. Light, boring palate. A bit witbier-like.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is witbier like with some strong fruityness. Flavour is toffee, some hops, fruits and some hops. A quite nice balance, but not too exciting brew.

pours a hazy blond colour with a little foam; aroma of tangerines and oranges; notes of dust; medium-bodied and quite juicy palate, fizzy and sweet with no bitterness; long fruity finish with lot of residual sweetness
