Bottle @ home thanks to Countbeer. Clear honey golden color, virtually no head (bottle was opened a day before). Smell and taste malts, honey, a bit sweetish and somehow a touch of caramel or candi sugar. Average body and carbonation. Way better than expected when I saw it was a honey-beer.

Countbeer (4302) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 15, 2014
Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Medium sized white foamy head on top of an almost clear yellow colored beer. Aromas of honey, malts, bread, sweets, some grains, some sweets and some older wheat. Flavours of honey, creamy, malts, sweets, sugras, light caramel, some hay, grains and bitters. Aftertaste is bitter, light dy, some malts, honey and grains. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture.

29/I/14 - 33cl bottle from Dranken Marlou (Zonhoven) @ home - BB: 5/XII/14 (2014-132)

GUSHER ALERT!
Clear orange beer, huge irregular aery fizzy head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of orange peel, pretty soapy, very sugary, bit dusty, hint of citrus. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet and very sugary start, some honey, orange peel, more sugary, bit soapy. Aftertaste: unpleasant soapy bitterness, bit chemical, honey touch but not sweet any more. This must be my first De Proef gusher ever, I guess?

33cl @home . Bij openen flesje spoot het schuimbier uit het flesjes . Vlug in glas geschonken anders was flesje half leeg geweest. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample @ Brugge Bierfest ’13.

Pours a golden. Aromas of spice, coriander, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor has an alcohol taste to it, mixed with a nice smokey dark fruit. Also has strong hints of spice and orange.
