Bock style. Amber coloured with ruby reflections. On the nose, floral notes immediately stand out to be followed by chestnut, caramel and fruity notes. In the mouth, the light fruity citrus taste is accompanied by honey and ginger notes. A sweet beer, with few bitter contrasts which pleasurably persist creating a perfect balance. 16°

Bottle (7% ABV), BB 28.12.16 (from Koht). Pours amber. Aroma is sweet and maly, caramel. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, malt, some fruits and alcohol. Finish is bitter and has very noticeable alcohol. Overall: drinkable, but way too much alcohol for 7% brew.

330ml bottle - Thanks Kairi!
Quite pungently hopped, apple skins, also grassy, more pungent than I expect from a DB, but I don’t object to that. Plenty of sweet caramelly malts too. Nice deep orange, small tight head. Toffee-apple and candifloss sugars in the taste. Fullish palate, sweet, but carbonation cuts through that well. Body also has the grassy pungency. Finish has bitter, almost fatty hops, like that. Odd bock, borrows some aley aspects, but in a good way. Nice one. 3.4?

Strong notes of sweet grains caramel in the nose. Strong grassy and flowery hops profile. Sweet taste. Strong notes of sweet pale malts, honey and caramel. Medium grassy hops bitterness. Hints of citrus fruits. Heavy molasses body. Caramel and grass in the aftertaste. Good drinkability. Classic Italian craft. Very enjoyable.
