Copper body, white head. American hop profile, with melon soapt and pines. Sharp bitterness, caramel and toffee. Dry finish. Quite nice.

Colore ambrato scarico, velata, schiuma bianca fine e abb persistente. Aroma di malto, frutta matura, frutta esotica, mango.Leggero diacetile appena versata che poi svanisce in 2-3 minuti. Al palato note di caramello, frutta esotica, ancora mango e pompelmo finale amaro non esagerato, corpo medio-debole, carbonazione non eccessiva.

On tap.clear copper, small head.Faint hoppy aroma.malty and very hoppy taste. Some alcohol notes. Dry and bitter aftertaste. Quite smooth.

Alla spina. Pale ale chiara e schiumosa, profumata, leggermente fruttata e amarognola, con note di malto, luppolo e frutta fresca. Fresca e beverina, è una birra leggera e piacevole per accompagnamenti mangerecci.

750ml bottle from Peckham’s. Hazy reddish amber brown colour, not much head. Orange & tropical fruit aroma. Biscuit & orange flavour, Very dry finish. Different take on an American Pale Ale, less hoppy than expected but not bad.

[ASPETTO] oro carico , quasi ambrato, con tonalità caco, velata; schiuma leggermente giallognola, buona presenza, fine e buona persistenza [OLFATTO] appena versata presenta un bouquet fruttato, fresco che ricorda frutta acerba, con un leggero tocco tropicale; seguono note maltate, caramello, lieviti, pane, un tocco di miele e ancora contributi vegetali con chiare assonanze USA della luppolatura [GUSTO] presenta fin dal’inizio sapori fruttati, con una certa astringenza che fornisce note agrumate ( polpa di pompelmo) mentre nel finale si converge verso un amaro più netto a carattere vegetale. Nel mezzo si sviluppano leggere note dolci, miele. [TEXTURE] corpo medio basso, ben carbonata, alcohol poco evidente. [COMMENTO FINALE] pale ale con influenze USA, leggera, briosa. Piuttosto afruttata, con una dosata astringenza che la rende estremamente bevibile. I malti sono un po’ nascosti lavorando giusto per dare una certo contrappeso, ma rimangono nettamente nell’ombra penalizzandone in parte la consistenza, che rimane complessivamente esile.

Bottiglia: Hazy, golden to deep golden, big rocky and stable off-white head, herbal grapefruity hoppy aromas with a delicate malty (almost chocolatey) background; moderate - not too dry - bitter-sweet flavour, too light bodied; grapefruity-malty finish with a slight tartness. Nice brew, but too thin…

Bottle @ Kiss The Kitchen Floor or better known as ZZT VI (2013): kindly shared by IluvatarMilan: White creamy sticky head, changes pretty quick into a lacing on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, grapefruit, soap, some citrus... Lot of floral hop tones. Flavours of hops, grapefruit, citrus, floral and tea herbs. Again nice floral hop tones with a medium bitterness. Aftertaste is floral with hop notes and tea herbs. Low to medium carbo, soft creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a creamy texture. Nice beer, well balanced and some fine hop tones.

Zzt bottle. Cloudy yellow beer with small white head. Underwhelming aroma, though it contains some nice fruity aroma’s in the background. Taste is wortwhile. Well balanced malt and hop bitterness plus dry yellow fruit.

Bottle @ zzt. Aroma is fruity and flowery hops, slight bready malt note. Flavour is mild bitterness, a bit sweaty with long lingering malt and hop bitterness. Okay, but nothing special.
