COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

Una buona pale ale, ottima al naso e piacevole al gusto con un retrogusto amaro molto tagliente. Il profumo fruttato e leggermente floreale trapela dopo qlke minuto dalla versata. Perfetta per una cena soft. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Come american pale ale mi è sembrata un po’ troppo leggerina. Meglio in aroma, grazie al dryhopping, qualcosa però non funziona e la beva ne risulta compromessa. Assaggiata da Bibere.

75cl bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a lovely creamy head. The nose has grapefruit and pine. The taste has more grapefruit with a touch of malt on the end. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and a bitter finish. Overall, it seems a bit too bitter at first but you get used to it.

75cl bottle @ ZZT V. Hazy orange color, full sized frothy white head that leaves a fair lacing and lasts for quite a while. Smell malts, sweetish, slightly spices, slightly yeasty. Taste malts, slightly yeasty, some hops, lightly bitter, slightly fruity. Nice one. Nice bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation, low to medium body.
