Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, nutty, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

CBF09. From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Mild crisp grassy hoppy aroma. Dry hoppy flavoured. Crisp and clean fruity profile. Crisp and bitter finish. Light spiced too.

Draft. A hazy amber with a thin off-white head. The aroma is malty and hoppy combined with a herbal note. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and a weird hop profile and some herbs, leading to a dry finish.

Bottled (from GBBF2009, ABV 4.5%). Amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity and floral hops with some mild notes of parfume. Flavour is quite bitter grassy, fruity and floral hops along with some bready malts and mild herbal notes.

Draught at Københavns Øldage 2009, Valby. Pours a clear pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a sweetish malty hoppy grapefruit and pineneedles aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter grapefruit flavor with some spicy hints. Has a sweetish malty hoppy bitter finish.

Hazy amber beer. Light hoppy nose. Slightly dry palate. Fairly hop bitter with light grapefruit and pineapple. Finishes a but dry. Good flavour for it’s abv.
