A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

@ZZT V. Slightly hazy golden orange with a big slightly off-white head. Smells flowers, hops, fresh, malts. Tastes hoppy, flowers, sweetish, fresh, refreshing. Slightly thin bodied and a bit watery though. Nice carbo. Fine beer.

Light hazy copper golden body with firm, rocky white head that’s not going anywhere. Nice! Fresh pine aroma, not overly powerful. Crusty bread, fresh hops and a soft wheat base. Quite balanced still. Dry palate, pungent bitterness that’s only mildly contrasted by the fairly high carbonation. Ending is only bitter, and very drinkable for me. Recommended drinking temperature was 4°C on the bottle and it actually isn’t too cold to still get flavours going. Even more surprising with this light body and low abv. Bit of a surprise for me from this unknown brewer. Not super complex but very quaffable. (75cl bottle, somewhat expensive)

75cl bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a lovely creamy head. The nose has grapefruit and pine. The taste has more grapefruit with a touch of malt on the end. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and a bitter finish. Overall, it seems a bit too bitter at first but you get used to it.

Bottle from De Bierkoning. Hazy amber with a creamy head. Potent hoppy nose, promising plenty of citrus. Quite bitter in the mouth as well with more of the same. Good for a low strength beer.

Med Amber color. A bit earthy in the nose with some citrus fruits. The mouth is clean light but not too exciting. Modest bitter finish.

Bottle. Bronze with a medium head that took some time to dissipate. Slightly hoppy with a bitter finnish.Pleasant but not outstanding although this is one of the craft breweries that are making people look at Italian beer in a new light.

Bottle@Home. Lovely fruity, floral and light grassy aroma. Hazy, dark yellow colour, off-white head, good lace. Sweetish start, sourish middle, very bitter grassy finish. Enough body, dry mouth feel. flavourful, well present hops, highly drinkable.

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Almost clear deep golden to amber with s small, white head. Moderate hoppy and grainy aroma with citrus, pine and something slightly unpleasant. Moderate sweet with hoppy and grainy flavours and a quite decent bitterness in the finish. Quite nice, but there is something here that I don’t like, but can’t put my finger on it. Decent enough, but not something I would buy again.

From tap@Københavnske Øldage 2009. A low white head fading to a tiny ring of foam. Clear, copper colored body. Crisp malts and citrus-fruity hops to the nose. Clean, dryish malt flavor. Moderate bitterness. Feels a little watery in the mouth. Short, faint fruity and hoppy finish. A decent one.

Ligera 5% increadibly pale gold for an APA. A woodsy pine bark nose, the body is light possibly  too light but alright. The taste is a solid hoppiness on a light malt body an overall satisfying beer.
