COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

Copper body, white head. American hop profile, with melon soapt and pines. Sharp bitterness, caramel and toffee. Dry finish. Quite nice.

Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Murky amber pour with a fast fading white head. Nose had a little spice, but pretty muted. Some dusty hop sweet malt and citrus in the flavour. Dryish bitter finish. Ok but largely forgettable.

On tap @ Brassigaume fest. That’s right: An Italian American pale ale. This fairly one-dimensionally hoppy brew reminds me of home. It’s an amber the color of stewed tea with some sparse white film on top. Big hoppy aroma. Quite bitter with traces of citrus and pine. Spicy. Amarillo? Finishes relatively clean, considering. A decent effort. Would be nice with a cheeseburger...

Nice session ale. Hoppy aroma that gives way to a slightly thin mouthfeel and short taste. It’s an APA but not in the SN mold, more of a summer pale. This would work well outside, and at 4.7, you can drink it.

From 750ml bottle. Clear amber color with big head. Aroma is caramel, hops. Flavor is bitter, hops, bit watery. Could use more hops.
