COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

On tap at Schouskjelleren. Almost clear deep golden to amber with s small, white head. Moderate hoppy and grainy aroma with citrus, pine and something slightly unpleasant. Moderate sweet with hoppy and grainy flavours and a quite decent bitterness in the finish. Quite nice, but there is something here that I don’t like, but can’t put my finger on it. Decent enough, but not something I would buy again.

Dobre, smaczne chmielne i aromatyczne, zwlaszcza amerykanskimi piecioma az odmianami. Wyglad ladny, pomaranczowo rozowawy, metnosc spora, a piana gesta i kremowa i tworzy znaczne skaldy na szkle. Finisz gozko wytrawny.

Ligera 5% increadibly pale gold for an APA. A woodsy pine bark nose, the body is light possibly  too light but alright. The taste is a solid hoppiness on a light malt body an overall satisfying beer.

Draught at Open Baladin, Rome.
Clear coppery-amber ale with a creamy medium head. Moderated aroma with fruits and malt, no hops. Easy mouthfeel, mainly with grains, light toasted malt. Easy hop in the finish.

Bottle at GBBF 2009, 4th Aug 09. Very cloudy amber with a bit of whitish head. Quite fresh taste but an undercurrent of funkiness. I think we got a bad one with this bottle. Looks like I was sharing with maeib at this point in the afternoon!

Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Murky amber pour with a fast fading white head. Nose had a little spice, but pretty muted. Some dusty hop sweet malt and citrus in the flavour. Dryish bitter finish. Ok but largely forgettable.
