COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A nicely hopped pale ale brewed with 4 American hops, dry hopped with Cascade and Willamette.
Ale in American Pale Ale style. Orange-coppery in colour. On the nose, it features a delicate note of chestnut honey surmounted by the citrus taste of mandarin and bitter orange deriving from the American hoppers used in this beer. Just a slight herb note in the end. In the mouth, clear citrus notes accompany the moderate body and the final dryness tempts another sip. 12.5°

Draught. Hazy deep golden. Aroma of grassy hops and fruits. Falvour is dry with fruits, grass and a pleasant bitterness. Dry good mild hoppy finish.

Nice session ale. Hoppy aroma that gives way to a slightly thin mouthfeel and short taste. It’s an APA but not in the SN mold, more of a summer pale. This would work well outside, and at 4.7, you can drink it.

Bottle, Stirchley Wines, Birmingham. Murky amber pour with a fast fading white head. Nose had a little spice, but pretty muted. Some dusty hop sweet malt and citrus in the flavour. Dryish bitter finish. Ok but largely forgettable.

Pours clear amber with small head. You smell the hop when you take a zip. Nice hop flavours, overall good beer.

Bottiglia: Hazy, golden to deep golden, big rocky and stable off-white head, herbal grapefruity hoppy aromas with a delicate malty (almost chocolatey) background; moderate - not too dry - bitter-sweet flavour, too light bodied; grapefruity-malty finish with a slight tartness. Nice brew, but too thin…

Colore ambrato scarico, velata, schiuma bianca fine e abb persistente.

Bottle found unexpectedly in a small off-licence in Kelvedon, Essex. Copper colour, small slightly off-white head. Fruity citrus and floral aroma. Nicely hopped, medium body and average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ 2nd Tuesday tasting at De Molen, hosted by dEnk. Clear golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma is somewhat yeasty, some grains, floral hops and somewhat bready. Flavor is bitter and watery with grains and some yeast. Boring but not much to complain about.

Hazy, orange colour with medium and quite stable head. Very soft aroma of fruits (grapefruit) and caramel. Taste is firstly sweet (caramel and fruits too), after that appears medium bitterness (herbs and citrus). Medium long, dry and bitter finish. Medium to full body. Decent beer.

Ligera 5% increadibly pale gold for an APA. A woodsy pine bark nose, the body is light possibly  too light but alright. The taste is a solid hoppiness on a light malt body an overall satisfying beer.
