COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Helles style. Intense straw colour, with a spotless and compact foam head. On the nose it reveals herbaceous notes of fresh hopper, wild flowers and a light fruity taste of golden apple. In the mouth, the bitter taste of hopper, characterised by the persistence and the pleasurable dryness it gives after each sip, goes with a slight fruity taste. 11.5°

30 April 2016 at Birrificio Lambrate, nice looking yellow beer, slow tap, a little too foamy for my taste, but really tasty, not so strong.

Bottle from Uba ja Humal in Tallinn (€ 4.90). BB 04.01.17. Pours almost clear light golden with a nice white head, retains and laces rather well. On the nose it’s floral, herbal, grainy - nice and simple. Tastes grainy sweet with herbal finish, dryish grainy on the palate. Pretty active carbonation, lightish body, dry mouthfeel. Pilsnery overall impression (was surprised to see it categorised under Dortmunder/Helles - even the label says it’s a Pilsner). Random stuff, pretty quaffable and not bad in itself, but horribly overpriced.
