Deep yellow, amber colour. Medium white head. Tangerines, orange core, hints if citrusses, some other fruits and sweetness in the aroma. Hints of tangerines, citrusses, hints of peaches, slight sweetness and fruitiness in the end. Quite nicely balanced, medium carbonated, light bodied and well drinkable IPA.

Clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is crisp, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Very light malts with a touch of creamy sweetness. Spicy orange and dried fruits. Bitterish floralness. Creamy sweetness comes back before a light semi dry finish. DIPA? Mmm. Not bad though.

UPDATED: MAY 3, 2016 Without a doubt one of the best Imperial IPAs I’ve ever had. Floral, grape-fruity, and everything an IPA should be.

At Le Trappiste. Medium thick, lacing, off-white head, hazy orange blonde robe. Aroma of lychee, strawberry, peach, fermenting hay, orange, white pepper, gooseberry, pineapple and a whiff of ’hoppy urine’. Crisp fruity onset, pineapple, mango and gooseberry notes, softish carbo, caramelly malt body, bittersweet toasted edge, long, peppery, citrus peel-like, resinous hop finish, aromatic and bittering. Nice.

Bottle @ deTolly, Tartu. Pours orange with small head. Aroma:tropical fruits, malty, hay, caramel, mango, resin, pine. Taste: heavy bitter, herbs, pine, resin, freshly cutted grass, some maltiness but mostly hoppy and bitter. Medium body. Grapefruit-bitter finish.

Bottle. Golden amber clear. Strong fruity oranges, sweet marmelady, with a green berry, bit grassy cut. Gets finer fruity after a while, estery, fusel alcoholic, caramelly, feels like a strong drink. Full bodied, malty caramels, loads of that orange bit stone fruity hops. Sweets, lots of bitters, bit thick. A hot dipa.

Bottle from Uba ja Humal in Tallinn (€ 5.30). BB 22.01.2017. Pours slightly hazy (second pour very hazy) orange with a thick creamy white head. The aroma is... nah, seems like it’s old at first... weird off-notes (manure? raw strawberry?), floral and citric. The off-notes recede later on, thankfully. Taste is not much of an improvement - still a weird off-note to go with the overall citric and almost sugary sweetness. Feels like drinking vitamins. Juicy. Moderately high carbonation, body lightish medium. Harsh unbalanced bitterness in the finish. There are way better DIPA-s with a way better price.

Birra biondo carico, aroma intenso di malto. Anche al palato con buona persistenza del dolce.

Tasted from the tap on the 05/03/2016 at Barcelona Beer Festival. Golden appearance with almost not head. Aroma of malts, hops and citrus. Taste is light but full bodied. Next one please!
