2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
4 oz. sampler from the tap.
Poured a medium amber hue with a one finger foamy white head.
There was decent retention and lacing.
Most notable is the high yeast aroma.
Of the four ambers I have tasted this summer, this is the weakest.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Yonge Street, Toronto location. Amber coloured. Malty aroma. Malty taste. A whole lot of malt going on. A little bitterness. I'm not a fan to be honest. Did I mention the malt?

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap @ Les 3 Brasseurs Laurier. Clear amber with a small off-white head and little lacing. Aroma is of cereals, caramel and light mineral notes. Taste is light and very similar to the aroma. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Light earthy finish. Not really tasty, but not that bad either. I could probably drink half of a glass of it without being coerced.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark copper pour. Standard malt aroma. Malt, caramel. Simple ale-like mouthfeel. Smooth, very drinkable finish. Not exciting at all, but a perfectly acceptable amber.

on tap at L3B in Toronto ... this beer was just ok. I little hoppy with a notical Belguim"ish" taste to it compared to other good ambers. Didn’t enjoy the first half but was OK after that .. probably would not order again

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tasted as part of a sampler flight at one of the Montreal locations. I won’t go into specifics on this particular beer because I was disappointed equally in everything that was tasted at this place.

Draft @ the brewery in Saint Catherine in Montreal. No lacing in the amber body and no discernable hop flavor but an OK clean malt based amber.
