COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
LambruchaTM is a blend of Lambics we select and Kombucha brewed to our specifications. For every batch of LambruchaTM, we must taste and select the Lambics we want to use with the Kombucha produced for us. Lambic and Kombucha are naturally varying products so blending is the essence of how LambruchaTM is made. The Kombucha and Lambic used are living yeast beverages. To our knowledge this is the 1st time 2 living yeast beverages have been combined to create a third, different beverage. For this reason we think LambruchaTM is a truly new drink that combines elements of both Kombucha & Lambic. LambruchaTM is bottled for us by Brj, De Troch, Wambeek Belgium.

Holy shit!!!,! The aroma is barnyard funk lemon and the distinct bite of cambuvha tea. A mild sweetness. Hazy brown body. The body is pure lambic tart and funk with barnyard and other nasdties. The finish is all kambucha. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Frunky bretty aroma with some citric lemony notes. The flavor is tart and refreshing, with bretty, minty, and lemony notes, and a lingering funky finish. Really good.

Opaque copper color. Yeast aroma with tea. Flavor is sour, like a lambic, with tea. The finish has oak and more yeast. Very flavorful and dry. The lambic with fermented tea is a great combination.

pours a hazy orange with a big foamy white head. really nice lactic acid, apricot, herbal basement funk aroma. fair amount of lemongrass, herbal. like an easy drinkin low to moderate tart lemony gueuze with some nice grassy herbal character. awesome. as it warms, gets a bit bready, however. mouthfeel is a bit water. awesome beer though, would drink often.

A: Pours a really nice light peach color with only the slightest head and no lacing. S: slightly acidic with a small amount of funk. Some slight citrus rind and fruit essence, although im having a hard time picking out specifics. T: didn’t really get much tea in he nose but i get a bt of that bitterness here. Again, slight funk and some sourness. More like.a berliner swiss in that regard as opposed to an unblended lambic. M: mild acidity; nice and light. Fairly low carbonation. D: all around this is a nice supper and good on a hot summer afternoon. Thanks, Alex. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 08-08-2010

Recieved in trade with Pantanap, huge thanks! Clear gold color with a large head that quickly falls. Light tart lemon aroma and a little tea-ish. Mmm... perfectly tart flavor. A good whack of tea, citrus and earthy notes. Quite bubbly. The tea character stands out more as it warms. Really nice.
