Pours an orange gold with no head. Aroma is vegetal and piney. Taste is tart, vegetal and funky. Kind of off putting. Not what I had hoped for. It doesn’t capture lambic or kombucha. It’s not good

Bottle: Poured a light hazy golden color lambic with a medium size bubbly head with minimal retention and not much lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light funky notes. Taste is refreshing with easy drinking tart notes with some light funky notes. Kombucha tea was harder to detect. Body was about average with good carbonation. Nice refreshing drink for summer with just the right amount of complexity.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 nuplastikk (3289) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 12, 2013
750ml bottle shared by Madvike. Cloudy yellow tan. Sour dulled tea and lambic mix. Kind of tastes like they pasteurized it, so it doesn’t really capture or explore a real "wild" liveliness. Enjoyable, but comes off a little artificial. Kind of a tea lambic, not a World Class beer by any means and undeserving of the price tag.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. Vegetal, woody, peanuts, nutty, grainy, earthy. Not as good as I was hoping for. Interesting none the less.

Pour out of 750 mL bottle, hazy orange yellow pour with no head, surprising for how much carbonation and the abv. Aroma has notes of big lemon, tart cheese, funk, lots of rotting mushroom, earth, funk, and tea like aromas, very overstating. Taste is a mix of sour lemon, parmesan cheese, bug spray, grapefruit, tea, lots of earth, mushroom, finishing sour, lemony, slight cheesy. Very undecided, but overall would probably drink this again.

Very light tangerine color with big bubbled white head. Aroma is wine, cheese, bread, hay and ginger. Taste is the same to a lesser extent with a very forward tartness. It’s very light on the palate and finishes pretty clean with a mild but persistent barnyard note.
