tap on the premises. cloudy light brown orange with a very small light beige head, little retention, some lacing. fruity and lightly sweet malts, very spicy and loaded with phenolic goodness - never seems to be overwhelming, pepper, lightly tart red fruitiness - berries. moderate carbonation, light sweetness, light body - oily, grassy-spicy- peppery finish. nice stuff..

On tap at l’Amère à Boire. Unclear borwn with good lacing and almost no head. Aroma of dark fruits, banana, caramel and hints of sugar. Taste of caramel, dark fruits and spices. Creamy texture. Correct Weizen Bock!

On tap at L’Amère à Boire, pours a cloudy rusted brownish red with a small beige head. Aroma of toasted nuts, leather, and dry caramel upfront, with some very mild dark fruit and spice presence. Flavour is refreshingly fruity, with banana especially, cut down by toasted nuts, dry caramel malts and some feint spiciness. Medium-bodied, with good flavour depth and well-balanced complexity. Very enjoyable.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Malty aroma. Decent sized head on medium orange body. Very malty taste, decent drinkability. Smooth mouthfeel.Seemed to be cloning the Aventus, but too sweet.

On tap at L’Amere Boire prior to our trip to the ice cider Mondial. Pours a hazed amber with ruby highlights and a thin white to beige head. Gentle caramel on the nose. Medium bodied, caramel and sweet malt. Plums and prune, caramel and malt. Long sweet and messy malt with a light bitterness.

On tap at the Brew Pub. Poured a deeper and hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Bananas, banana chips, spices / cloves, fruity, and some citrus.
