Draught, 5% at the brewpub. Mild dusty aroma. Low carbonation, perhaps served from cask. Almost clear copper colour. Small creamy tan head. Mild bready flavour, a bit strange. Clean bitterness.

On tap at brewpub.
Appearance : Clear amber with a medium creamy head. Some lacing. Nice looking.
Aroma : Very fruity and malty. Notes of bread and cereals. Some hops also. Light notes of raisins.
Taste : Malty and a bit fruity. Some caramel also. Carbonation feels a bit too soft for my taste.
Overall : Good beer but nothing really special. The carbonation didn’t help in my case.

Really simple round and lightly bitter pale, summery grass hops. Good basic look and feel from carbonation.

On tap at the brewpub. Appearance: very light orange with a tiny white head. Aroma: Slight grass, a little malt, light lactose too. Flavour: grassy burn at first, good amount of malt with some banana skin notes. A long bitter lemon finish. Not bad.

On cask. The aroma is quite discrete but pleasant; light floral with burnt caramel. Grainy taste with a nice herbal bitterness finish. Some cocoa powder too. Palate was a little too thin for a cask. Good beer but somewhat boring.

On tap at the brewpub. Aroma is floral hops and malt. The hops are quite mild for a dry-hopped beer. The hops are more evident in the flavour, where the malt contributes a nice, if simple, balance. Solid body. Low carbonation. Not bad.

[2260-20090606] Cask. Citrus malty zest aroma. Hazy, medium orange brown body with a quick bubbly off-white head. Mild tea citrus flavour has a mild zest. Smooth medium body. Under-carbonated and casky flat but drinkable and good.

First time i see this beer at the brewpub, i thought i was just a mis spelling when i saw it on their wall. But alas no, its an english pale ale! THe hops come through, but it’s a little thin on flavor, this could use more malt.

une pinte sur place, bière de couleur classique, cuivrée-dorée, mousse abondante et épaisse. nez de fruits (ester) beaucoup de fruit, manque d’amertume pour une bière houblonnée à froid.
